These terms govern the use of the Pintech LTD corporate website (pintechlabs.com). By navigating this site, you acknowledge that Pintech LTD is the commercial brand operated by the legal entity PINTECH DOO Skopje. All software assets and designs are the proprietary property of the operating studio.

All technical diagrams, branding, code samples, and corporate assets presented on this site are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of studio frameworks is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under the jurisdictions governing PINTECH DOO Skopje.

Pintech Labs engages with prospective clients and collaborators under two distinct models: Custom Development, delivering fixed-scope software for a fee, and Strategic Partnership, under which we may contribute engineering resources in exchange for equity, revenue share, or other non-cash consideration. Submitting an inquiry, idea, or business plan through this website — including via our contact form — does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary duty, or any other binding obligation, and no such arrangement takes effect unless and until the parties execute a separate written agreement setting out its specific terms, including intellectual property and equity treatment. PINTECH DOO Skopje evaluates all submissions at its sole discretion and reserves the right to decline any proposal without explanation. Unless a separate non-disclosure agreement has been executed, information submitted through this website is not treated as confidential, and Pintech Labs may already be developing, evaluating, or have been pitched materially similar concepts.

Submitting a technical inquiry, project proposal, or partnership pitch via pintechlabs.com does not constitute a binding commercial contract. Custom development, deployment, and any partnership arrangement are provided exclusively under formally signed agreements — a Service Level Agreement for custom development engagements, or a Partnership Agreement for equity or revenue-share collaborations — tailored to the specific engagement.
