Privacy Policy

Pintech Labs is the brand and product identity of PINTEK DOO Skopje (English name: PINTECH DOO Skopje), a software development company registered in the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia, with its seat in Skopje. PINTEK DOO Skopje is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, which covers the pintechlabs.com website, our official pages on social networks, and the software products and services we operate.

PINTEK DOO Skopje maintains rigorous standards for corporate data handling. We collect only what is needed to run our website and services:

• —Inquiries. What you submit through our contact form: Identity, Corporate Email, Organization, Sector, and your message, including any idea or business plan submitted for partnership evaluation.
• —Messages and comments on social networks. If you message, comment on or interact with our Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn pages, we see your public profile name and what you choose to send us. See section 6.
• —Accounts. The email address you sign in to one of our products with. Sign-in works through a one-time link or through a third-party sign-in you choose, such as GitHub. We never receive or store your password for that service.
• —Usage and billing records. Metadata about how you use a product, such as request type, output format, credits used, duration, status and timestamps, together with credit transactions and subscription status. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details.
• —API keys. Keys we issue to you are stored only as a salted hash. The full key is shown once, at creation, and cannot be recovered from our systems.
• —Content you submit for processing. For example documents or templates you send to be rendered. See section 5 for how briefly this is kept.
• —Security data. To prevent abuse and rate-limit public endpoints, we keep a one-way hash of the requesting IP address instead of the raw address.

We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on pintechlabs.com, and we do not use the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag or any other advertising tracker on this site. See our Cookie Policy below.

Inquiry data, including project requirements and, where applicable, partnership or business plan submissions, is processed solely for evaluating your request, managing B2B relationships, and initiating technical or partnership discussions. Submissions are delivered via Resend (transactional email infrastructure) to our mailbox hosted on Zoho Mail; both process your message content only to fulfill your request and are bound by their respective privacy frameworks, detailed in our Cookie Policy below. We do not use your submission for any purpose beyond responding to it.

Data from our products is processed only to:

• —provide, maintain and secure the product, and authenticate you;
• —carry out what you ask for, such as rendering a document;
• —meter usage, process payments and show your usage history;
• —send service emails, such as sign-in links, receipts and important notices;
• —detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents;
• —comply with our legal obligations.

Our legal bases are the performance of a contract with you (or steps you ask for before one), our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping our services secure, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Your data is managed under the strict supervision of PINTEK DOO Skopje. We explicitly guarantee that corporate lead data, including partnership pitches and business plan submissions, is never sold, leased, or shared with third-party brokers. We maintain industry-standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to our digital infrastructure.

These include encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive stored data, API keys stored only as salted hashes, least-privilege access and row-level access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If an incident affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it, including within 72 hours under the GDPR.

• —Inquiries and messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship.
• —Account, usage and billing records are kept while your account is active and afterwards only as long as legal, tax and accounting obligations require.
• —Content processed on request is handled in memory and not kept after the result is returned, unless you use an opt-in feature that keeps it for you: for example a short-lived, encrypted copy used to safely repeat a request (deleted automatically after 24 hours by default), or a template you choose to save (kept until you delete it).
• —Security records, such as hashed IP addresses used for rate limiting, are short-lived.

We run official Pintech Labs pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and we may promote our content there. When you visit, follow, like, comment on or message these pages, or interact with our posts and ads, the platform processes your data under its own privacy policy: Meta Privacy Policy (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

From these platforms we receive only what you choose to share with us directly (such as a message, a comment or the contact details in a lead form) and aggregated, anonymous statistics about how our pages and posts perform. For these page statistics, we and the platform are joint controllers: with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under the Page Insights Controller Addendum, and with LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company under the LinkedIn Pages Joint Controller Addendum. The platform is primarily responsible for this processing and for handling your rights requests about it, and you can also contact us.

We use what you send us only to reply to you and handle your request. We do not export, sell or combine your social media data with other sources, and we delete it on request (see section 8).

As a global engineering studio, we respect international privacy standards, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and North Macedonia's Law on Personal Data Protection. Processing is governed by the jurisdictions relevant to the operation of PINTEK DOO Skopje.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing, and you can withdraw any consent at any time, by writing to contact@pintechlabs.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in North Macedonia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency.

Your data may be processed outside your country, including by the service providers listed below. Where it leaves the EU or North Macedonia, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

You can ask us to delete all personal data we hold about you at any time, including data from our website, our products and our pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn:

• —Email contact@pintechlabs.com with the subject Data Deletion Request, from the email address linked to your data (or tell us your profile name on the platform you contacted us through).
• —We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm it to you.
• —If you have an account in one of our products, you can also delete it from the account settings; associated personal data is then removed or anonymized.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, and tell you if that applies.

PINTECH DOO Skopje uses a minimal, privacy-first cookie strategy. We operate three categories of cookies: one required for site functionality, and two optional categories that are only activated with your explicit consent. At present, no analytics or performance-monitoring tooling is integrated on this site, so the optional categories exist for future use and currently have no effect. You can update or withdraw your preferences at any time. Our products use only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
